Proceedings below: The district court denied Alfredson’s motion for postconviction relief after an evidentiary hearing on Alfredson’s claim trial counsel was ineffective in failing to advise of a plea offer

Issues: (1) Appellant received ineffective assistance of counsel in failing to communicate a plea offer to him. (2) Appellant received ineffective assistance of counsel in failing to investigate and the trial court erred in failing to hold an evidentiary hearing on this issue. (3) Appellant received ineffective assistance of counsel in failing to object to Rule 404 evidence and the trial court erred in failing to hold an evidentiary hearing.
