Civil Action:  Denial of Intervention and Grant of Summary Judgment

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court did not grant Appellants’ complaint seeking to intervene in the underlying legal proceeding between First State Bank and Parkview Development, Inc.  The court subsequently granted summary judgment in favor of First State Bank.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  The assignments of error on appeal concern the court’s failure to grant intervention and awarding of summary judgment without allowing Appellants to intervene in the proceeding.
