Dodge  County, County Court Judge Kenneth J. Vampola

Attorney for Appellant:  Avis R. Andrews

Attorney for Appellee (State):  Timothy E. Sopinski (County Attorney)

Attorney for Appellee (Guardian ad Litem):  Pamela Lynn Hopkins

Juvenile Action:  Termination of Parental Rights

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The county court, sitting as a juvenile court, terminated Tracy’s parental rights to her minor children.
