Civil Action:  Custody

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The district court awarded the parties joint physical custody of their minor child and allowed the appellee the authority to travel with the child to Mexico during his parenting time.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  On appeal, the appellant assigns that the district court erred in (1) ordering joint physical custody, (2) allowing the appellee the ability to travel with the minor child to Mexico and ordering that the appellant cooperate in obtaining a passport or necessary documents for the child, and (3) sustaining an objection to an exhibit.
