Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court granted Koenig’s application for modification of child custody and ordered Herbolsheimer to pay child support.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Did the trial court err in finding that a material change in circumstances existed to warrant a change in custody? Did the trial court err in finding that is was in the best interests of the children to be placed in Koenig’s custody? Did the trial court err in awarding Chad custody despite his conviction for domestic violence? Did the trial court err in the amount of child support it ordered Herbolsheimer to pay?
