Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court terminated Ricardo’s parental rights to his minor child, Gabriella H.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  On appeal, Ricardo assigns that the trial court erred (1) in finding that he intentionally abandoned Gabriella under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292(1), (2) that reasonable efforts at reunification were not required under § 43-283.01(4)(a), and (3) that termination was in Gabriella’s best interests.
