Criminal Action:  Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine

Action Taken by Trial Court:  Following a jury trial, Foster was convicted of possession with intent to distribute more than 28 grams but less than 140 grams of methamphetamine. The district court imposed a sentence of 10 to 16 years’ imprisonment.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Foster assigns that the district court erred in overruling her motion to suppress evidence and in imposing an excessive sentence.
