The Standardized Model for the Delivery of Substance Use Services

The Standardized Model for Delivery of Substance Use Disorder Services for juvenile and adult probationers/problem-solving court participants is used to recognize the connection between substance use and crime/delinquency and effectively address it through treatment.

Attachments as referred to in The Standardized Model for the Delivery of Substance Use Services

Requires Providers to:

Register their services through the Office of Probation Administration and meet the approved criteria.
Have a clear understanding of the connection between substance abuse and criminal offending and attend ongoing training on the treatment of offenders/juveniles.
Provide consistent evaluations, recommendations, and treatment via standardized format and defined terms.
