I have practiced as an attorney in the area of family law since September of 2008 and have successfully drafted many parenting plans during that time. During law school at UNL, I completed a 40-plus hour training program in the theory and practice of conflict resolution techniques, including the mediation process, and completed a 30-hour Family Mediation program through the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution in April of 2010. I am a strong believer in mediation as a preferred alternative to resolution through court litigation and am happy to offer my services to those in the Kearney area who desire to explore such an alternative.
