With training in Basic, Family and Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution, Kathy has successfully mediated a variety of cases including parent/child conflict, divorce, custody, parenting plan and employee/employer disputes. While focusing on listening to her clients needs and assisting clients with communication, Kathy brings a positive, can-do approach to her mediation sessions. 

With a medical background in orthopedic and rehabilitation nursing, certified recreational therapy specialist, and a specialty background in wedding planning, catering and high-end special event coordination, Kathy has been mediating for years and comes with a wealth of experience dealing with people in high-stress environments where finding a successful outcome to conflict situations is the goal.
