The investiture of Judge Francie C. Riedmann as a Judge of the Nebraska Court of Appeals representing the Third Judicial District will take place on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in the Warner Legislative Chamber of the Nebraska State Capitol.
Judge Everett O. Inbody, Chief Judge of the Nebraska State Court of Appeals, will open the ceremony and officiate. Lt. Governor Rick Sheehy will present the Certificate of Appointment and Justice William B. Cassel of the Nebraska Supreme Court will administer the Oath of Office.
The public is invited to attend.

Appointed to Nebraska Court of Appeals on July 17, 2012 to replace Judge William B. Cassel who moved to the Nebraska State Supreme Court following appointment of Justice John Gerrard to the Federal Bench.
