Proceedings below:  The Report of the Special Master concluded that Respondent did not abuse his discretion in refusing to disqualify Intervenor’s counsel and recommended that no mandamus issue.

 

Issue:  Should the Supreme Court issue a peremptory writ of mandamus directing Respondent to vacate his order denying Relators’ motion to disqualify Intervenor’s counsel and to enter an order granting that motion?
