The court did not give her credit for time served from January 3 to January 11, 2012 finding she was not in custody for any charges but for failing to appear. The district court affirmed.

Issues: The district court erred in determining Appellant was not entitled to credit applied to her sentence from the time she served from January 3, 2012 to January 11, 2012.
