Office of Dispute Resolution

The Office of Dispute Resolution was created as part of the 1991 Dispute Resolution Act. Since the creation of the Office of Dispute Resolution over 80,000 people have been served statewide.

Mediation is available in all 93 counties of Nebraska (see map for Mediation Centers' service region). The Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) partners with Nebraska's nonprofit mediation centers and the Douglas County District Court Conciliation and Mediation Office to provide mediation and dispute resolution to Nebraska's courts and citizens.
