Assignments of Error on Appeal: Appellant assigns that the juvenile court erred in (1) finding Jayden was within Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-247(3)(1); (2) finding termination was warranted under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292(1), (2), (7), and (9); (3) finding termination was in Jayden’s best interests; (4) failing to admit Appellant’s psychological evaluation and parenting assessment into evidence.
