Civil Action:  Rejection of a Stipulation

 

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The Workers’ Compensation Court rejected the parties’ stipulation regarding Cervantes’ injury, finding the medical evidence submitted by Cervantes did not support the stipulation. The court awarded vocational rehabilitation benefits from June 2008 to July 2011.

 

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Did the court err in rejecting the parties’ stipulation and finding Cervantes was not permanently and totally disabled as the result of the accident which occurred within the scope of his employment?
