The Administrative Office of the Courts is accepting applications for a contracting opportunity for an IT Forms Coordinator, for an approximately one-year assignment. Duties will include the design, implementation, and coordination of manual and electronic forms for the Judicial Branch. Work involves the designing and revising of forms for manual and electronic systems; testing electronic applications and installing forms for electronic/form-fill applications; tracking and maintaining forms including standardizing, ordering and numbering forms; knowing the business users for each form and the original form requirements, translations needs, and committee history; developing and updating policies and procedures for use of electronic forms, and serving as “help desk” for forms applications. Minimum qualifications are an associate’s degree or at least 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Business Administration or a related field and experience in the design, implementation, and management of manual and electronic forms, including one year of experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional, LifeCycle Designer, and Hyland On-Base ECM software.
