Proceedings below: A jury returned a verdict in favor of Strasburg in the sum of $1,032,375.43. Appellant filed a Petition to Bypass the Court of Appeals which was granted by the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Issues: The district court erred in (1) failing to grant Appellant a setoff in an amount equal to the medical bills received into evidence; (2) holding that the setoff Appellant was entitled to for the Steelcase settlement was limited to the $425,000 the settlement agreement purported to apportion to Strasburg’s claims.
