Juvenile Action:  Child in Need of Supervision / Disposition Hearing

 

Action Taken by Trial Court:  At the dispositional hearing, the court granted Appellee Brian H.’s request to intervene in the juvenile proceedings and ultimately placed the minor child with Brian H.     

 

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Appellant, the juvenile’s natural mother, asserts that the juvenile court erred in granting the application to intervene and in placing the child with Appellee Brian H.
