The Judicial Branch Education Office is currently accepting applications for a full time Business System Analyst Senior (JUSTICE) to be located in Lincoln. This position will provide live and distance-based training focused on the many facets of the State Judicial Branch’s statewide case management and financial management system (JUSTICE). Under the supervision of the Judicial Branch Education Director, and working closely with the JUSTICE subject matter experts, the Business System Analyst Senior will prepare and deliver training curriculum, and will provide input to the JBE Director and JUSTICE management staff regarding on-going strategic planning and training needs of the Judicial Branch.
Minimum qualifications are sufficient experience and education to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the job, including: thorough understanding of the operations of Nebraska district, juvenile and county courts; outstanding ability to communicate orally, in writing and by using audio/visual presentation techniques and tools; sufficient technical ability to instruct others on the JUSTICE system and solve problems related to its operation; working knowledge of the JUSTICE procedure manual, and the ability to travel within the state for a week or less at a time. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications or education or a related field and substantial JUSTICE subject-matter experience is desired.
