Probate Action:  Action to remove personal representative and appoint a special administrator

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The county court denied the request to remove the personal representative and appoint a special administrator. The court set a supersedeas bond of $15,000.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  The appellants contend that the county court erred in excluding evidence, in denying the motion to remove the personal representative and appoint a special prosecutor, and in setting a supersedeas bond of $15,000.
