Guardian Conservator Education classes offered by UNL Extension Office and V.A.S.

Guardian/Conservator Education Class

The Nebraska Supreme Court has approved classes for court-appointed Guardians and Conservators offered by the V.A.S. (Volunteers Assisting Seniors), Omaha and UNL Extension office, statewide. This class provides participants with detailed information, including: Quick Reference Sheets, Inventory Checklists, Annual Reporting forms and others.

A volunteer cooperating attorney through the Nebraska State Bar Association is onsite to answer general legal questions.

Following the class, a certificate of attendance is provided for participants to file as proof of completion with the county court.
