POSTING TIMES

The slip opinions and lists released by the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals in the last 90 days are posted here in full text (in PDF). The Supreme Court opinions, which are filed 8 a.m. Friday mornings, and the Court of Appeals opinions, which are filed 8 a.m. Tuesday mornings, are posted to this site between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Central Time) on the day on which they are released. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Yearly subscriptions to the Nebraska Advance Sheets and the Decisions of the Nebraska Court of Appeals are available.
