Proceedings below: The juvenile court transferred this case to the Oglala Sioux Tribal Court, and on appeal, the Court of Appeals dismissed the State’s appeal after finding that the transfer order was not a final order. Appellant filed a Petition for Further Review, which the Supreme Court granted and ordered that this matter be transferred to its docket.
Issues: On Petition for Further Review, Appellant makes the following assignment of error on all dockets: 1) The Court of Appeals erred in holding that the Juvenile Court’s order transferring this case to the Oglala Sioux Tribal Court was not a final, appealable order.
