LINCOLN – The Nebraska Supreme Court announces that two interpreters have successfully passed the oral certification exam, and now qualify as Nebraska Supreme Court Certified Court Interpreters. Lincoln – Judge of the District Court, 5th Judicial District, Alan G. Lincoln – Douglas County Court Judge Edna R.
