Rule 3-3. Continuances
Printer-friendly versionNo continuances shall be allowed, except for good cause shown, upon motion or stipulation and affidavit, pursuant to Nebraska statutes, and any motion for a continuance shall request continuance to a date and time certain to be set by the court.
Approved effective September 29, 1995; amended December 23, 1999.
