Garnishments

Affidavit and Praecipe for Summons in Garnishment (In Aid of Execution) (CC 3:6)
This summons is prepared by the court in response to an affidavit and praecipe for summons in garnishment. The original is returned to the court file with proof of service noted on the back. Two copies are served upon the garnishee and one copy on the judgment debtor. The garnishee will complete the interrogatories and return one copy to the court.
