Proceedings Below: After Appellant was convicted of First Degree Sexual Assault, he was sentenced to not less than seven (7) years in prison and not more than twelve (12) years in prison.  On its own motion, the Nebraska Supreme Court ordered this case to be removed from the docket of the Nebraska Court of Appeals and transferred this case to its docket. 

Issues: On appeal, Appellant makes the following sole assignment of error: The district court erred in prohibiting Appellant from eliciting evidence regarding J.K.’s prior false allegation of sexual assault against her prenatal doctor.
