Lesa currently is an Administrative Assistant for the domestic violence program in the Panhandle, DOVES. She has a background in ranching and social services. She became interested in mediation in 2006 and completed Basic, Family, SADR, and Facilitation Training. She was a staff mediator for Mediation West from 2007 to 2009 and currently contract mediates.
