I have served as a Family Mediator to residents in Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge and Cass counties for several years. For some parents, creating a parenting plan is a difficult undertaking as emotions often run very high. As a Family Mediator, it is not only my duty to facilitate a safe, structured, and neutral environment to those parents searching for what is in the very best interests of their children, but to also create a forum where each parent's voice is heard.
