In addition to my current work as a mediator affiliated with the Concord Center in Omaha, I draw on practical experience with conflict resolution which I encountered in fifteen years of active ministry and in nine years of service as a chaplain to the Omaha City Police Department. I also gained a much earlier and very direct appreciation for the mediation process when I successfully completed the "Mediation Skills Training Institute" offered by the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center on November 16-20, 1992, in Des Moines, Iowa.
