I have completed the six day interactive training program offered by the Struas Institute at Pepperdine Law School "Mediation - The Art of Facilitating Settlement". Upon my completion of that training I completed the NMCA Family Mediation Training. As an attorney I have been involved, along with my clients, in many mediations involving many different mediators. I have completed Parenting Plans for clients and have also co-mediated three parenting plans and drafted one under the superviosn of Rea Ann Schmitz at Mediation West.I have practiced family law for nearly 39 years. I am an AV rated attorney.
