The Blaine County Court is currently accepting applications for a part time Clerk Magistrate (12 hours a week). This position requires administrative and managerial skills as well as the ability to handle a limited range of judicial functions involving non-contested matters. The Clerk Magistrate serves as administrative support to the county judges and may be delegated a wide variety of responsibilities including planning and organizing the administrative activities of the county courts. Graduation from high school is required with considerable related employment experience. The ability to travel to other county courts to work on a regular basis is required. Typing, computer, and bookkeeping skills are required. Successful completion of training in JUSTICE (the statewide court computer system) will be required. Starting date is January 14, 2012.
