§ 3-114. Resignation; readmission.
Printer-friendly versionAny attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Nebraska who resigns membership in the Nebraska State Bar Association, as provided in Neb. Ct. R. § 3-803(I), will no longer be a member of the Nebraska bar, and if thereafter such person desires to be readmitted to the Nebraska bar, the applicant must comply with the applicable provisions of this article.
