§ 3-401.15. Financing; purpose.
Printer-friendly versionFunds collected pursuant to §§ 3-401.6 through 3-401.11 of these rules shall be used by the Director for the purpose of management and oversight of CLE as required by the Nebraska Supreme Court under its constitutional and inherent authority.
