§ 3-906. Trust account audit rule.
Printer-friendly versionThe Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court, or such counsel's representative authorized in writing, shall have access to the affidavits required in § 3-905 and shall have the power to audit at any time any trust account required by these rules.
