§ 3-1005. Nonlawyer assistants.
Printer-friendly versionNothing in these rules shall affect the ability of nonlawyer assistants to act under the supervision of a lawyer in compliance with Neb. Ct. R. of Prof. Cond. § 3‑505.3.
