§ 6-1409. Identification of pleadings.
Printer-friendly versionA pleading offered for filing shall plainly show the caption of the case, the description and designation of its contents, and in whose behalf the same is filed. All pleadings subsequent to the pleading initiating the proceeding shall also show the case number.
