Action Taken by Trial Court: Appellant filed a contempt of court action against his ex-wife, Appellee. Appellant asserted that Appellee was not in compliance with various tenets of their divorce decree. After a trial, the district court found Appellee to be in contempt of court as to issues of tax liability incurred by Appellant. However, the court found that Appellee was not in contempt of court as to the enforcement of a hold harmless provision in the decree of dissolution.
Assignments of Error on Appeal: On appeal, Appellant alleges that the district court erred in finding that Appellee was not in contempt of court as to the enforcement of a hold harmless provision in the decree of dissolution.
