Action Taken by Trial Court:  The county court determined the biological father had abandoned the child for the six months preceding the filing of the adoption petition and that his consent to the adoption would not be required.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Appellant assigns that the county court erred in finding the Appellee had proved by clear and convincing evidence that he had abandoned the minor child in the six months preceding the filing of the adoption petition and therefore his consent to the adoption would not be required.
