Stat. § 30-3811; 2) not all interested persons were a party to the trust settlement agreement and therefore the court did not have jurisdiction; and 3) the trust settlement agreement entered into by and between the parties substantially altered a material purpose of the trust and therefore could not be approved under the framework of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 30-3811.
