Action Taken by Trial Court: The District Court found that it was in the children's best interests to allow Appellee parenting time. The court established a plan, including therapy, therapeutic visitation and graduated parenting time for Appellee and the children. The court suspended child support during the graduated parenting time period.
Assignments of Error on Appeal: Appellant asserts the district court erred in: (1) suspending Appellee's child support obligation; (2) denying her motion for directed verdict; and (3) finding that parenting time with Appellee was in the best interests of the minor children. Appellant also asserts the district court's findings were not supported by properly received evidence.
