Action Taken by Trial Court:  Prior to trial, the district court denied Pryce’s motion to change venue. A jury ultimately convicted her of the above offense, and she was sentenced to 30 to 40 years’ imprisonment.

Assignment of Error on Appeal:  On appeal, Pryce assigns that the district court erred in denying her motion to change venue.
