New employees hired between February 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023 will be eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus to be distributed in two increments. Installment one of $1,500 will be included in the new employee’s first paycheck. A second $1,500 installment will be distributed in the first paycheck subsequent to the employee’s one-year anniversary.
