Implementation of Changes to Guardianships and Conservatorships Rules Delayed

UPDATED INFORMATION:

The Supreme Court changes to the rules relating to guardianships and conservatorships have been delayed to become effective April 1, 2020. This delay will allow completion of JUSTICE programing and education for Judges, Staff, Guardians and Attorneys. 

New forms will also be available April 1, 2020.

  •  Office of Public Guardian online education will continue to be available after the first of the year.  
  • Live education for guardians and conservators will continue to be available as scheduled for 2020. 
  • Education for judicial administrators, clerk magistrates and court staff will be provided beginning in January, 2020.
