I have been a licensed attorney in the state of Nebraska for 12 years. My primary practice consists of Family Law. I am very familiar with the Nebraska Parenting Act requirements through my dissolution and modification actions in representing clients. For the past 10 years, I have had one of the most prominent child custody practices in central and western Nebraska. I have experienced nearly every turn a custody case can take during my practice. That experience is invaluable in assisting parents as a third party neutral in developing parenting plans.
