Therese Giglia is a Senior Probation Officer in District 4A Omaha, serving as their Interstate Compact District Specialist. Giglia mentors new officers learning to use ICOTS (Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System) and is a tremendous resource for the Compact Office in the Administration.
